Surah At-Tin (التين) — The Fig

Surah At-Tin is chapter 95 of the Holy Quran. It has 8 verses and was revealed in Makkah. Read it below with Arabic text and Saheeh International English translation, with audio recitation available in the reader.

وَٱلتِّينِ وَٱلزَّيْتُونِ

95:1. By the fig and the olive

وَطُورِ سِينِينَ

95:2. And [by] Mount Sinai

وَهَـٰذَا ٱلْبَلَدِ ٱلْأَمِينِ

95:3. And [by] this secure city [i.e., Makkah],

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِىٓ أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ

95:4. We have certainly created man in the best of stature;

ثُمَّ رَدَدْنَـٰهُ أَسْفَلَ سَـٰفِلِينَ

95:5. Then We return him to the lowest of the low,

إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ غَيْرُ مَمْنُونٍ

95:6. Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted.

فَمَا يُكَذِّبُكَ بَعْدُ بِٱلدِّينِ

95:7. So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense?
