Surah Al-Layl (الليل) — The Night

وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَىٰ

92:1. By the night when it covers

وَٱلنَّهَارِ إِذَا تَجَلَّىٰ

92:2. And [by] the day when it appears

وَمَا خَلَقَ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلْأُنثَىٰٓ

92:3. And [by] He who created the male and female,

إِنَّ سَعْيَكُمْ لَشَتَّىٰ

92:4. Indeed, your efforts are diverse.

فَأَمَّا مَنْ أَعْطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ

92:5. As for he who gives and fears Allāh

وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلْحُسْنَىٰ

92:6. And believes in the best [reward],

فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ

92:7. We will ease him toward ease.
